Park Rules

The rules apply to ALL occupants. No one is exempt.

Two vehicles are permitted –  NO EXCEPTIONS. One RV and two vehicles per site. You may not park in any other site or along the roadway.  No other vehicles or trailers.  NO parking on the grass. 

Late after 3rd.  Late fee of $10 per day after the 3rd).  Invoices are sent on the 26th of each month and due on the 1st.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.  You must watch children carefully.  DISCLAIMER:  Lake Kiowa RV Park is not responsible for injuries.  All activities performed will be done so at your own risk. Please make sure to take all safety precautions necessary.  You are responsible for your guests/pets.

The maximum occupancy is 2 people per site. ***If you have guests visiting (for more than 2 nights), you must register them. If you do not register your visitors, you will be charged $10/person/vehicle/day as an unregistered guest. Third tenant is $50 per month.

Dog Policy: Aggressive dogs/breeds are not allowed on site. All dogs must be on a leash, picked up after, and NEVER left unattended outside. We have a 3-Pet MAX and all pets must be registered with the office.

Cancellation:  If you choose to cancel your monthly RV site, we must receive a written request 15-days prior to your scheduled departure, your deposit will be applied to your electric bill and the balance will be refunded if the 15 day notice is provided.  All Prices and site assignments are subject to change, you will be notified in advance of any changes.

The speed limit is 5 MPH.

No firearms, projectile guns, slingshots, etc., are allowed outside of your rv.

Sites: Keep site tidy and clean. Stored items need to be concealed under RVs (no fans, gas cans, tires, etc.). No rugs on the grass. No pallets/tarps.  Personal items must be off the grass on mow days unless you are mowing your own yard. Outdoor patio furniture only, no household furniture outside your RV. No clothes lines.  One picnic table and one grill allowed per site.  No window air conditioners. Window coverings must be professional in appearance (no cardboard, wood, tin foil in windows). Awnings must be in good condition, free of rips and shredding. 

Check with the park manager before adding anything to your site.

Quiet hours are 9:00pm and 7:00am. No loud music or profanity.

Never puncture the ground with anything without notifying management first, there are fiber optic lines that you will be responsible for if damaged.

Yard: You are welcome to make your site your own, however you will be responsible for your yard.  We don’t mow or weed eat around your personal items.

SMOKING:  is not allowed in the amenity center.  If you smoke please do not throw your cigarette butts on the park grounds including at your site.

No daily bath house use.

RV sites are “as is”, management does not customize sites. All RVs and preferences are different, therefore modifying a site permanently for you will likely not be what the next occupant desires.

INDEMNIFICATION: 

Guest will protect, defend, indemnify, and hold park owners, managers, and/or park agents harmless from any damages, costs, attorney fees, and expenses that are cause by the act of any guest or pet of a guest. 


Under Texas law, you are not a tenant with a lease or contract. Anyone who fails to comply with these rules that benefit everyone will be asked to leave with no refund. (Texas Penal Code 30.05). I have read these rules and agree to always abide by them.
